The toilet scene is very disgusting and uncomfortable.
Theres a scene near the end where Begbie glasses and beats a man and cuts Spuds hand it's brief but is serious.
Scene of a dead baby in a cot who later appears in a drug withdrawal hallucination.
The violence is brief, but it can be shocking.
