A baby is murdered. While it is offscreen, we still hear the gunshot, and it can be very upsetting to some viewers.
Eastwood and Van Cleef are beaten by thugs, but not very graphically. Whilst the beating takes place,the main villain is laughing psychotically and his men start doing the same.
The main villain is portrayed to be mad, and some of his behaviour is disturbing as he takes pleasure in murder.
